Homi Baroumand is the President and Founder of the Baroumand & Associates, Inc. He is primarily involved with tax and audit issues. He has a diversified background and experience handling personal, corporation and partnership, LLC taxes. As a former Senior Tax Auditor for the government, he has conducted numerous full audits for many types of legal entities and individuals. From 1970 through 1980, he was the Chief Financial Executive in charge of International Taxation with Intercontinental Hotels, and he started his private Tax Consulting Practice in 1990.
Charlotte Baroumand is the manager of Bookkeeping, Payroll and all quarterly compliances with IRS & State agencies. She has more than 30 years of experience in bookkeeping and banking.
Cynthia Baroumand of Baroumand & Associates Legal Services, Inc. primarily focuses on representing and counseling companies in general corporate matters, including but not limited to: (1) Structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (e.g. services agreements, sales representative agreements, distribution agreements, VAR agreements, OEM agreements, intellectual property licensing agreements, contracts, consulting/employee agreements, strategic alliance agreements, corporate partnering agreements, development agreements, etc.); (2) Counseling clients on intellectual property and technology protection matters (e.g. building and managing of Patent, Copyright, and Trademark portfolios, protecting intellectual property and trade secrets, violations of intellectual property or trade secrets); (3) Corporate formation matters; and (4) Tax Law Matters.
